The timeline for the project is to see final architectural documents by the end of 2018. During the completion of design documents, the crews from the City of Sedro-Woolley will begin demolition and site preparation in late October 2018 at 100 West State Street. Fencing will be installed for safety. The site will then sit through winter to allow for proper settling of the site. In February/March of 2019 the project will go to bid. Upon the acceptance of a bid for the project by a construction contractor, construction will begin shortly thereafter in spring of 2019. The project is expected to take 9-12 months with a projected opening date in spring of 2020.
